3. Location Data

Location data is essential to our service. Passengers share their location when requesting a ride. Drivers share their location while online to receive ride requests. We do not track your location when the app is closed, except for drivers during an active ride who have granted background location permission.

4. Data Sharing

• Between users: Passengers see driver name, vehicle info, and real-time location during a ride. Drivers see passenger name and pickup/drop-off locations.
• Service providers: We use Google Maps for routing and geocoding. These providers receive location data necessary to provide their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
